Founder
I'm Lisa Garfinkle, Founder of Garfinkle Growth Partners.
I've spent decades inside growing businesses — not advising from the sidelines, but leading sales teams, building structure, and driving measurable growth.
I've worked across North America, grown companies from early-stage to multi-million-dollar operations, and understand what it takes to turn pressure into performance.
My work is grounded in clarity, accountability, and momentum. I partner closely with leadership teams, step inside the business, and stay focused on execution until results show up. No buzzwords. No theory without action. Just disciplined follow-through.
My approach is direct, disciplined, and practical.
No buzzwords. No theory without execution.
I don't advise from the sidelines. I step inside and own execution.

Across North America, in B2B environments ranging from early-stage growth to established organizations.
My journey did not begin in a boardroom.
I left school in the 9th grade, and my father gave me one final chance to make something of myself. He offered to pay for a six-week word processing course so I could always have the skills to get a secretary job.
There was one condition: the program required a business English class.
To my surprise, I loved it.
English composition had always been my favorite subject in school — I used to write every assignment about Rod Stewart — and I excelled immediately, graduating with 100% in both word processing and business English.
Years later, I even had the chance to meet him and check the only item off my bucket list.
That course led to my first real job and became the beginning of everything that followed.
From there, I built my career the old-fashioned way: through hard work, instinct, and learning every part of business from the ground up.
I'm direct, clear, and very real.
I don't believe leadership needs more buzzwords, fluff, or corporate nonsense. It needs honesty, clarity, and someone willing to say what others are thinking — but won't say out loud.
My strength has always been simple:
I see what others miss.
I explain what others can't.
And I bring clarity where others bring confusion.
I don't overcomplicate things to sound intelligent. I make complex problems simple.
People hire me — and people rehire me — because I can see what they can't.
I tell the truth, communicate clearly, and bring structure to chaos without losing the human side of leadership.
I believe people listen when you are direct.
They trust you when you are real.
And they follow you when you make things clear.
That's who I am. That's how I lead.
And that's exactly what I bring into every business I step inside.
