What wasn't working before we worked together?
We were dealing with a poor supplier that had priced us out very high. Additionally, we didn't have a warehouse to stock our products, which was limiting our ability to do business in the category.
What changed as a result?
Lisa provided better quality products at better prices and, most importantly, created a drop-ship program for us that solved our warehousing issues. She even helped us navigate organizational changes seamlessly, eventually allowing us to switch our business to her new company for even better pricing.
